It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All online orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment and dispatched on the next business day. During sale and promotional periods your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. All items are registered and shipped via Australia Post.

There are two postage options:

STANDARD POSTAGE – From $10.95 AUD
Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
Postage calculated by weight of order
EXPRESS POSTAGE – From $16.95 AUD
Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
Postage calculated by weight of order

Australia Post Parcel Lodgement Changes effective 31st May 2026

From 31 May 2026, we will be required to provide recipient contact details for every parcel.

The mandatory capture of the recipient's Australian mobile number and/or email address – for all domestic shipments via eParcel and MyPost Business – supports the transfer of street addressed parcels to parcel lockers (if no one is home when delivery is attempted).

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You are able to track your delivery - once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

You will be required to sign for your parcel but if you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your parcel.

Please be mindful that deliveries may take longer at peak times of year including sales and holiday seasons.
